Abstract

In our current era, we are witnessing a rapid development in athletics after developed countries set facilities for the development of the sporting level by well-studied scientific means, which helped them to obtain higher levels and win honors on the international and Olympic scale. Which is characterized by speed, strength and excitement, and the continuous competition to break records in long-distance running in general and the effectiveness of running (5000) meters, as this effectiveness depends on its motor and tactical performance to achieve the highest levels on the physical and physiological qualities and the degree of integration between them, especially the maximum aerobic capacity, As well as the special endurance (speed endurance and force endurance) because of the great relationship between these two compound characteristics with the fatigue resistance factor, so this relationship comes through the efficiency of the nervous-muscular system to generate the necessary force during the stages of the race, especially when implementing both the length and frequency of the step, as The process of running requires maintaining the rhythm used in running, because the change of pace, such as the length and frequency of the step, occurs as a result of the lack of special endurance of the players, which shows fatigue and leads to To the inability to continue to perform the same specifications. Through this, the importance of the research has emerged in identifying the effectiveness of the training programs prepared by the trainers to know the sports format for each player, whether in the preparation stage or the stage of competitions.
