Abstract

The research contained touching on behavior change strategies and the importance of investing them in the optimal way to Overwhelming beating the educational process, where the behavior modification strategy (giving - punishment - dimensions - shape - incentive control) was addressed and the incentive control strategy was one of the strategies that works to learn the correct performance and the ability of the teacher  On its use in the educational process, the skill of flying with volleyball was discussed as an interesting and varied game in its movements and how important it is to other games.  Hate plane compared to other games. The aim of the research is to identify the preference of some strategies for changing learning in cognitive achievement, while the second goal is to identify the effect of strategies to change learning in the technical performance of sending volleyball to students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science / University of Qadisiyah. The researcher has assumed that there is a positive impact of strategies to change learning in achievement  Cognitive As for the second hypothesis, there is a preference in the influence of learning change strategies in the cognitive achievement and technical performance of the transmission. As for the most important conclusions reached by the researcher, which were that the learning change strategies have contributed to the development of eligibility  Knowledge, as well as that strategies to change learning have contributed positively to dimensional tests in the development of the level of skillful performance of Overwhelming beating.
