While the general arithmetic average of t stability of the tool reached (0.78). The results of the research were based on statistical methods (Pearson correlation coefficient and Fisher equation). The results showed a number of actual difficulties for studying the philosophy of history counted (17) items. The data showed that there were unrealistic difficulties identified from their point of view and considered (8) items as not achieved in the light of the adopted standards out of the total (25) items of the tool.
